Dallas Industries Adds BDC Machinery to Representative Network



Dallas Industries, a manufacturer of coil handling and press feeding equipment and controls for the stamping industry announced that BDC Machinery, LLC, Nekoosa, WI, has been appointed to represent the company in the Upper Midwest. BDC represent a wide range of machine tool builders specializing in a variety of metalworking industry segments including stamping and fabricating and will represent Dallas Industries in Wisconsin and Minnesota.

According to Rick Wenzel, BDC President, "In addition to now representing Dallas Industries we represent a broad range of manufacturers of metalforming and stamping equipment including mechanical, servo and hydraulic presses, press automation, die change, scrap removal, tube processing and welding cells. Our goal is to assist customers in selecting the most productive combination of equipment available when purchasing new production systems or performing upgrades. Adding Dallas Industries not only complements our line but will aid in building new relationships as well."

Dallas Industries' press feed and coil handling equipment includes servo feeds in a full range of sizes and capacities including space-saving lines, air feed systems, pull-thru straighteners and its powered units, cradles and coil reels and auxiliary accessories. "DallaSmart ProfileSelect Controls put less stress on all the mechanics by providing a smooth motion and material feed, utilizing 100% of the press feed window. Other DallaSmart controls include networking, monitoring and analysis systems for communicating to the plant floor while monitoring and analyzing equipment efficiencies and providing reports," said a company spokesperson.
