Mist Collection for Individual Machining Centers

Keller USA, Inc. has introduced a new stand-alone mist collection system, the ENA-S. The ENA-S has an operating airflow range of 600 - 1,500 CFM, suitable for wet machining centers. Floor accessible filter stages feature a compact footprint of less than 2.5' x 2.5'.
The system recirculates the exhaust air from four stages of filtration. It features long filter life of the final HEPA stage, and an integrated fan in a sound-insulated chamber provides quiet operation.
This modular unit allows for customization, such as fluid disposal through a pumpback station or siphon drainage. Additionally, the ability to utilize automatic spray cleaning of the primary filter stages provides long filter life and reduces preventive maintenance.
