Solutions for Challenging Deburring Applications

Weiler Abrasives Group will introduce its new Weiler Process Solutions (WPS) program at IMTS. Backed by over 100 years of combined engineering experience, the WPS program is designed to provide customers in the automotive, aerospace, medical device, firearms manufacturing and general machining fields with application assistance and process development solutions to address their tough cleaning, machining, deburring and finishing challenges.
"The goal is to help customers in high-volume production environments gain a competitive edge, drive down costs and become more efficient by offering onsite technical support, analyzing processes, providing bottleneck solutions, assessing ergonomic concerns and providing engineering documentation," said a company spokesperson.
The company will also showcase its Nylox line of brushes for tough automated deburring applications. "Engineered for quality and consistent performance, Nylox products feature a high degree of compliance, allowing them to conform to parts with complex shapes and reducing the need for ultra-precise programming or fixturing," said the spokesperson.
