Ultrasonic Cleaning Tanks

UltraTecno specializes in ultrasonic equipment for difficult cleaning applications where high ultrasonic power is needed (28 khz) and where big volume (size) of the machine is a must. The most common application are: engine parts maintenance, paint or rust removal, surface pre-treatment for new coating, heavy duty cleaning in oil & gas industry, heat exchanger and filter inner cleaning, injection, extrusion or thermoforming molds maintenance.

The ACM Series have been engineered to provide most efficient ultrasonic cleaning and lowest running cost, with a single tank solution volume from 21 gallons up to 3,300 gallons.

ACM models include pneumatic or hydraulic platform lift (up to 4,409 lbs.) for parts agitation during cleaning, which increases cleaning performance especially in heavy duty applications or complex parts.

UltraTecno ultrasonic cleaning characteristic:

  • 28 kHz synchronized technology offers enhanced performance for complex parts since ultrasonic cleaning reaches everywhere, even inside holes and cavities
  • Durable construction for long lifetime
  • Non-abrasive process
  • Savings of labor cost and reduction in detergents
  • Easy operation process with high work safety environment since operator does not interact with detergents
  • Built-in LFS and FOE systems for oil separation and extraction
  • Low noise emission under 78 dB (A)
  • Smart 7" HMI color touchscreen interface.
