INDEX Corporation has announced the promotion of two longstanding leaders to director-level roles on its executive leadership team. The company has named Ross Kenyon as Director of Applications and Tyler Economan as Director of Sales, reinforcing its commitment to disciplined execution, technical excellence and long-term customer success as the organization continues to grow.
Kenyon is in his 24th year with INDEX, having joined the company as an applications engineer in 2002. Over more than two decades, he has played an integral role in supporting customer success across a wide range of industries, technologies and machine platforms. His career includes roles as applications engineer, lead engineer, and department manager, where he was instrumental in building technical depth, process consistency, and application reliability across the organization.
As Director of Applications, Kenyon oversees INDEX's applications engineering teams, process development, and machine installations throughout the United States and Canada. His responsibilities include ensuring technical rigor, consistent execution, and close alignment between engineering, sales, and customer operations-critical elements as customers increasingly demand turn-key solutions, complex machining strategies, and reliable production outcomes.

Economan is in his 20th year with INDEX, having joined the company in 2006. He began his career as a proposals engineer and has since held a wide range of roles spanning proposal, applications, customer support, operations, and sales. This cross-functional background has given him a comprehensive understanding of INDEX's products, internal processes, and customer requirements.
As Director of Sales, Economan leads the company's external sales, internal sales, and marketing functions. He is responsible for sales strategy, market development, distributor management, and ensuring consistent execution across INDEX's commercial organization. His role is central to aligning the company's technical capabilities, delivery procedures, and long-term market development with customer demand.
