Universal Wash Down System

MP Systems Sales Manager Kermit Wright demonstrates the Wash Down System.

The AT WD.

MP Systems, a division of Morris Group, Inc., offers a universal wash down system. The wash down system, called AT WD, is designed to remove machining chips from the inner walls of a machine tool, the machined part and the workholding tools. It can be adapted to fit most machines and it has an adjustable spray that ranges from a light mist to a powerful stream.

The system comes with its own pump, allowing it to operate independently of the machine's coolant pump system. Its automatic shutoff feature is adjustable, meaning users can change the amount of time the pump will run before it automatically shuts down.

The manual on/off hand control is magnetic for quick, easy attachment to machines.
