Expanded Line of Tool Management Devices

The MATRIX DLS with TOUCH is shown in the foreground, while the MATRIX MINI and MATRIX MAXI are shown in the background.

The MATRIX line of tool management devices has been expanded to better support MRO supplies. The new MATRIX DLS is a standard tool cabinet type device that is built to secure items at the drawer level and offer the flexibility to accommodate larger items. The DLS footprint is 36"W x 24"D x 46"H and has an eight-drawer configuration with 222 compartments possible. "The deepest drawer is 8 inches, big enough for larger tools or commodities," said a company spokesperson.

The DLS is plug and play designed for existing MATRIX systems and will be sold in two styles (POD and TOUCH). The POD is without the computer and software and is intended to expand an existing MATRIX system. The TOUCH style will include a touchscreen computer mounted to the top of the machine, a fingerprint scanner built for easy access and MATRIX tool management software.
