Fives' Gardner BB10 bond system is designed for aggressive stock removal of nut inserted disc grinding operations.
This plastic bond system utilizes internal lubrication, making it suitable for both wet and dry grinding. "Its uniquely forgiving characteristics allow for quick stock removal of more challenging materials, such as stainless, Inconel and titanium," said a company spokesperson. "In a recent machine run off, we combined commercially available ceramic grain with the BB10 bond system to outperform the competition's proprietary ceramic grain and bond system."
