Inserts Designed for All Materials

"Inserts have assumed a specialized nature, meaning machinists have had to use a different grade for each material type, stock different inserts for each application, and change inserts for every material or application," said Trent Moss, National Sales Manager, Techniks Cutting Tools. "This can mean the purchase of a wrong insert for the material, and inserts could be run at the wrong speeds and feeds or not used to the end of their life.

"Techniks simplifies this by offering an LT grade insert designed to perform in all materials. For Techniks users, this could mean less down time spent changing tools, up to 50% fewer wasted inserts and significantly increased productivity. The company stands behind its claims by offering free inserts for testing."
