KOMET of America signed its seventh North American KOMET SERVICE partner at IMTS 2014 in Chicago. Grinding Technology LLC of Houston, TX, is the first partner in the Gulf of Mexico region.

"They will not only be our seventh partner, they will also be our first partner in the southern United States. As our network grows it will be increasingly local and convenient for our customers, ensuring faster service and turnaround." KOMET SERVICE, which began in Europe in 2009, now has 28 partners globally, seven of which are in North America.
Grinding technology LLC and KOMET of America will celebrate with a grand opening ceremony at Grinding Technology's Houston facility on November 6. Guests will be treated to a cocktail reception, live demonstrations and tours. Staff from both companies will be available to answer any questions about the KOMET SERVICE partnership.
