The Tag Master 3 feeder was developed by Kwik Mark Inc. to eliminate the problematic tag feeding issues of escaping tags from the bottom of the magazine.
With the Tag Master 3 feeder, tags are transferred from the top to eliminate the jamming, scratching and other problems associated with bottom feed "coin changer" type escapements. According to the company, this also means thickness tolerance, sharp edges, etc. are no longer issues. It is available with Print Queue Driver to allow multiple users to download job menus, variables, quantities and more.
All systems and software are designed and manufactured in the company's clean, state-of-the-art facility on modern CNC equipment. Over 25,000 sq. ft. is dedicated to research and development and high tech assembly.
