Universal Controller to Automate Positioning Tasks

Koike Aronson offers its Universal Controller (UC) control system, which is designed to simplify and automate positioning tasks on one or more positioners via a user friendly human machine interface (HMI). Axes on one or several positioners can be easily configured to work in concert to perform various process functions.
The UC includes recipe functionality that allows users to create or edit unique sequences of axis moves, with specified target positions and speeds. These recipe steps can be entered on the HMI with numerical axis target values or taught by manually positioning the desired axes to their required locations and automatically recording those positions.
