FFG Feeler and FFG DMC Select CNC Systems, Inc. as USA Importer

CNC Systems, Inc., a machine tool importer and distributor, has announced its new partnership with Fair Friend Group (FFG). CNC Systems, Inc. will become North America's exclusive importer of the machine tool builders FFG Feeler and FFG DMC.

"We are excited," said CNC Systems President Steve Arcari. "The high level of expertise that FFG brings to the manufacturing sector is incredible."

FFG's machine tool group consists of 37 machine tool manufacturers, with companies such as JOBS, SNK, Hessap, MAG, PFIFFNER and SMS. "This clearly puts FFG on track to becoming one of the world's largest machine tool groups," said a company spokesperson.

FFG Feeler has been making machine tools since 1984. From large boring mills, a complete line of VMC machines and a high-end line of 5-axis milling and mill-turn machines, the Feeler product offering covers a wide range of requirements for many industries. "FFG and CNC Systems are committed to supplying the best chipmaking/metalcutting machines through CNC Systems' distributor network with proven product lines, great sales, service and parts support," said a spokesperson.

"DMC is one of the oldest Korean machine tool builders," continued the spokesperson. "For many years, DMC has been an OEM for some of the largest Korean machine tool builders and is very experienced in building highly reliable turning centers. From gang-type to multi-axis lathes and large oil field machines, DMC can handle all of your turning needs."

By utilizing the FFG world partners' expertise in engineering and machine tool manufacturing, the R&D departments of both Feeler and DMC can implement state-of-the-art technologies into their own products.

CNC Systems has a direct sales office and showroom in New England, which offers parts, service and applications engineering support. CNC Systems' second facility, located in Tustin, CA, takes care of all the importing logistics for machines and parts for several Taiwanese machine tool builders while housing factory engineers and engineering support teams.

"Both Steve Arcari and Vice President Brian Arcari are looking forward to closely working with the entire Fair Friend Group," said the spokesperson. "Using its expertise in distributorship relations and market penetration, CNC Systems' primary goal is to work side by side with both Feeler and DMC, building and promoting a sales and service foundation in the U.S. for some of the top machine tools available."
