Advanced Fiber Laser with Sophisticated Control

The newest addition to Mitsubishi Laser's product lineup, the Advanced 800 eX-F fiber laser, features technologies designed to amplify overall machine sophistication and speed.
The M800 control includes a 19" tablet style touchscreen, enabling users to swipe, pinch and tap to view data. It features a customizable home page and status bar to access data for streamlined operations. The control has a processing speed of up to 100m per minute and includes an expanded cutting condition library with features to help improve accuracy and reduce processing time on small geometries and holes.
The machine comes standard with Mitsubishi's all-in-one Zoom Head, which utilizes beam mode manipulation to process a full range of materials automatically without any set-up. The Zoom Cutting Head's all-in-one design includes an auto focus focal range from 3.75" to 10", HPP Pierce Technology and magnetic breakaway fiber head.
The system is designed to provide efficiency by eliminating the need for lens cleaning or cartridge changing, and its reduced nozzle centering time offers increased productivity.
