Pascal Engineering Appoints Norio Kobayashi as Vice President

Norio Kobayashi

Pascal Engineering Inc. has announced that Norio Kobayashi will be stepping up to the role of Vice President to oversee operations in North and South America. Kobayashi started working for Pascal in Japan, training and gaining experience in the automotive industry before moving to the United States to join the Chicago office as the sales manager for Workholding.

Kobayashi's new role as Vice President will be crucial in bridging communications with Pascal Engineering Inc. and its parent company Pascal Corporation, which was founded in Hyogo Japan in 1974 and has since expanded to include sales offices and dealers all over the world.

Mike Casselman, the sales representative for Workholding, said, "I am thrilled with Norio's promotion to the role of Vice President. Over the years as sales manager, Norio has demonstrated exceptional leadership, vision, and dedication, driving remarkable growth and success within the sales department. This well-deserved promotion reflects Norio's invaluable contributions to our organization, and we look forward to Norio's continued leadership as we enter a new phase of growth."

Kobayashi will be presented with the challenge of driving sales and market expansion of Pascal's extensive range of hydraulic and pneumatic automation products for manufacturers, which includes quick mold and die change systems and a wide array of workholding for jigs and fixtures.

Kobayashi stated, "In my new role as Vice President at Pascal Engineering Inc., I aim to contribute to the advancement of automation and production efficiency in U.S. manufacturing. I look forward to working closely with our U.S. team and customers to strengthen partnerships and drive innovation together."
