Redesigned Panel Fabrication Solution

Manufacturer of CNC routers and waterjet solutions, AXYZ CNC Routers has introduced the newly designed PANELBuilder solution as part of a rebranding initiative and refocus on manufacturing automation. The PANELBuilder CNC router can process a variety of materials like aluminum composite material, metal composite material, high pressure laminates and fiber cement board sheets.

Integrated with the redesigned PANELBuilder solution is the new PANELTracker Management System. Outfitted with the Automated Label Printer (ALP), the printer quickly labels and identifies individual panels as they are machined by printing 1D or 2D Data Matrix Codes, as well as standard text, directly on the material. "This eliminates valuable time wasted on manually writing product codes or misidentifying panels as they move through manufacturing," said a company spokesperson. "Combined with the Cordless Barcode Reader, PANELTracker enables tracking and scanning of individual panels as they travel through the fabrication process and are shipped out for installation. Add to this the easy-to-use CAD/CAM software with flexible nesting, automation and machine programming functionality, and you have an all-in-one solution specifically designed for the panel fabrication industry."
