Muratec offers a line of high-speed turret punch presses.
The Motorum M2048TS is a high-speed, servo-driven punch press engineered for precise, economical parts production, including punching, forming, tapping, and deburring. Its advanced ram design is engineered to boost productivity. Multiple turret con?gurations and large sheet capacity enable ?exible, high-mix manufacturing.
The M2044TS-S and M2048TS-S are 22-ton machines that incorporate a servo-electric punch drive system and the latest ram drive design for increased reliability and rigidity. In addition to a large turret for greater ?exibility, these machines feature the latest process integration options and support tapping, forming, marking, deburring, and sheet metal automation. Like all of Muratec's turret punch presses, the M2044TS-S and M2048TS-S machines are designed with the company's HMI Intelligent Control Interface, which assists with tool changes, turret load monitoring, scheduling, and maintenance to maximize greenlight time.
