"The initiative introduces a unified naming convention designed to bring the CI software suite under a consistent and recognizable identity; one that reflects the company's commitment to connected, efficient, and intelligent manufacturing," said a company spokesperson.

• CI SUITE (formerly Encompass)-Unified software suite covering design, nesting, bending, scheduling, automation, and analysis to maximize machine efficiency
• CI CONNECT (formerly CIBERDASH)-Cloud-based monitoring platform that gathers live machine data and delivers dashboards, alerts, and performance analytics
• CI CUT (Nesting Software)-Laser programming software that converts 2D CAD files into optimized code and nests parts automatically for efficient cutting
• CI NEST (formerly Nesting Pro)-Advanced nesting solution using true-shape placement, rules-based automation, and 3D model unfolding to optimize material usage
• CI FORM (formerly BendSim Pro)-Offline press brake programming that automates tooling selection and simulates bending operations
• CI BEND (Bend Simulation)-Virtual press-brake simulation for collision checks, tool path creation, and validating bends before shop floor execution
• CI PLAN (Scheduler)-Workflow scheduler that assigns jobs across shifts and machines to optimize throughput and meet production deadlines
• CI CAST (formerly CIBERCAST)-Shop floor display that broadcasts CI Connect monitoring data on video monitors for real-time visibility
• CI UNFOLD (Unfolder)-Software that imports 3D geometry and determines flat blank shapes for downstream nesting and bending processes.
