The CS-350 cold saw is available from Baileigh Industrial.
"With a 14 inch high-speed steel blade, precision cuts can be made in 4.25 inch O.D. material with a fresh mill-like finish," said a company spokesperson. "A self-centering vise ensures a square cut and exceptional adjustability. Blades can be inexpensively re-sharpened rather quickly, typically with a one to two day turnaround time.
"With its quick release head that swivels 180°, 45° and 60° degree miters are made easy both right and left. This also allows the blade to be adjusted parallel to the material in the vise, providing end slotting capabilities.
"A 2-speed motor ensures the correct cutting speed for both mild and stainless steel, in addition to many exotic metals. A non-submersible coolant pump provides a steady stream of lubricating coolant on the blade and material in the vise.
"The CS-350s are available with manual, pneumatic vise or semi-automatic capabilities. The semi-automatic feature takes the human factor out of the cutting process by automating the vise, coolant pump and blade feed operations.
