Ready-Made Fixture Plates and Clamps

Laser Arsenal ready-made fixture plates and clamps are designed for laser marking, welding, silk screen and other marking processes. According to the company, they are designed to reduce set-up time and process more parts per shift by creating easy, repeatable set-ups for small or large lots. Users can fixture part families and add plates to job boxes for a leaner work process.
The two main components of the Loc-N-Load Fixture System are designed to easily adapt to equipment. The docking rail (12", 18" or 30") bolts in place while interlocking fixture plates secure and release with the use of magnets. Fixture plates are .5" thick anodized aluminum with a 1" x 1" 1/4-20 thread hole pattern and are available in 6" x 6", 6" x 12", 6" x 18", 12" x 12" and 12" x 18" sizes.
The system also includes a variety of non-marring, low profile clamps such as the Trigger-Finger hold down and the spring action Cross-Bow that enable personnel to quickly swap parts. Other conventional fixture components include v-blocks, stops, stand-offs and riser clamps that can all be configured for a one-piece or multi-part fixture.
