All in One Vise Jaw

5th Axis Fixtures has introduced the DJ6 machine vise jaws with teeth. These precision ground and hardened jaws are compatible with all standard 6" machine vises.
"The jaws feature serrated teeth that bite into stock for a superior hold," said a company spokesperson. "It took 700 lbs. of extraction force at 15 ft. lbs. of torque to pull a 2 inch x 2 inch block of aluminum out of these jaws."
Additional features include a 45° degree dovetail angle and a .100" step. Dimensions are 5" x .73" x 1.73". Material is 4100 series heat treated steel coated with PVD Sigma Gold #44.
