AMT and AccuteX EDM to Host Oktoberfest October 2

Absolute Machine Tools, Inc. (AMT) and its division AccuteX EDM will host an Oktoberfest Open House at its 40,000 sq. ft. Technical Center in Mason, OH. The event will be held Wednesday, October 2, 2013, from 11:30 AM - 7 PM. "It is a fun time with Bavarian foods, beers and costumes, and we will be presenting some new machine tool lines we are now selling and supporting in North America," said company President Steve Ortner.
New lines the company is now representing include Nexturn Swiss-type lathes, Precihole deep hole and gundrilling machines, and AccuteX wire EDM linear series. An automation display will demonstrate a FANUC robot part tending a graphite mill with a die sinker machine producing electrodes. In addition to the new brands Absolute will also show new machine models in its existing line-up, including You Ji Vertical Turret Lathes, Johnford Sliding Double Column Machining Centers, Tongtai Horizontal Machining Centers and QuickTech Multi-Axis Turning Centers, as well as a variety of AccuteX EDM wire, sinker and hole drilling machines.
