Dallas Industries Appoints New Representative



Dallas Industries, a manufacturer of coil handling, press feeding equipment and controls for the stamping industry, has appointed Zimmerman McDonald Machinery, Inc., St. Louis, MO, as its representative in Missouri, Kansas and Southern Illinois. According to Joe Gentilia, President, Dallas Industries, "Zimmerman McDonald offers us excellent opportunities in this region because they represent a wide range of machine tool builders specializing in a variety of metalworking industry segments, including stamping, forming, grinding, finishing and structural.

According to Brad Zimmerman, President of Zimmerman McDonald, "Dallas Industries' press feeding equipment and controls bring a much higher level of quality to our line. Our customers produce high-quality products and rely on our ability to provide the best equipment and in-house service to keep them running. Our service technicians will be trained by Dallas to service the Dallas equipment when required. Our goal is to assist customers in selecting the most productive combination of equipment available, whether purchasing new production systems or performing upgrades. Adding Dallas Industries not only complements our line but will aide in building new relationships as well."

Dallas Industries' press feed and coil handling equipment includes servo feeds in a range of sizes and capacities and DallaSmart ProfileSelect Controls. Other DallaSmart controls include networking, monitoring & analysis systems for communicating to the plant floor.
