PrecisionX Group Acquires Hudson Technologies

PrecisionX Group, a portfolio company of CORE Industrial Partners, has announced the acquisition of Florida-based Hudson Technologies (Hudson), a manufacturer of mission-critical deep drawn metal components. The acquisition strengthens PrecisionX's position as a U.S.-based provider of high-reliability metal components in the aerospace & defense, medical device, satellite & space and high-end telecommunications industries.
Hudson joins GEM Manufacturing, Coining MFG, National Manufacturing, Ditron and MSK Precision Products, adding advanced engineering expertise, an expanded production footprint and increased capacity.
