Dayton Rogers Manufacturing Names Stephanie Lowry as CEO



Dayton Rogers Manufacturing has appointed Stephanie Lowry as the company's new CEO, succeeding Ron Lowry, who will continue to serve as Owner and Chairman of the Board. Stephanie has held leadership positions at Dayton Rogers for over 15 years, bringing extensive industry experience and manufacturing expertise to her new position.

Founded in 1929, Dayton Rogers is a precision metalforming and stamping solution provider and operates four divisions across Minnesota, Ohio, Texas, and South Carolina. The company offers end-to-end metalforming and fabrication solutions as well as contract manufacturing services covering various industries.

"I am honored to step into this role at Dayton Rogers, a company that has delivered superior metalforming solutions for nearly a century," said Stephanie. "I look forward to building on our legacy by continuing to invest in the people and technologies that will shape the future of American metal fabrication and stamping."

As CEO, Stephanie will prioritize collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to reliability and performance to continue to deliver outstanding customer service.

"Stephanie has dedicated her career to Dayton Rogers, and I am confident she will propel us forward with fresh perspectives and strategic insight shaped by her years with the company," said Ron.

Stephanie is a strong advocate for the next generation of manufacturing talent, speaking frequently at industry events and schools to foster workforce growth and ensure the long-term success of the industry. She currently serves as Vice Chair of the Precision Metalforming Association (PMA) Southeast District, which brings together metalforming company members in and around North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, and Virginia. She holds a degree in business administration with a minor in psychology from Strayer University.
