AIDA and Dallas Industries Join Forces

AIDA Press and Dallas Feed complete line

AIDA-America, provider of mechanical and servo press and systems technology in Dayton, OH, has welcomed Dallas Industries Inc, press feed line industry leader, to the AIDA Family.

Kland Aida, President, noted, "Dallas and AIDA have worked together for decades providing advanced press room solutions to our customers. Following the acquisition of HMS Products Co. in April 2025, this new acquisition further strengthens the partnership among the three companies, allowing us to create long-term synergies and provide even greater value-added solutions for our customers."

Dallas will continue operating from its Troy, MI, headquarters with long-term President Willie Chacko leading the company into this new phase. The team will remain in place, carrying on its 63-year legacy of manufacturing innovative press feeding and coil handling solutions.

According to Chacko, "Dallas and AIDA have shared a strong and enduring partnership founded on innovation and customer success for several decades. Joining the AIDA and HMS family marks an exciting step forward leveraging our combined strengths, which will drive long-term synergies, accelerate technological advancement, and help us deliver best-in-class products to our customers."

Dallas' products include servo feeds, coil straighteners, single- and double-end reels, load cars, cradles, threading tables, mechanical shears, and compact lines. The company designs highly automated and integrated systems and provides advanced control upgrade solutions, along with installation, start-up, troubleshooting, and maintenance services supported by a North American sales and service network.
