
Jack Pennuto
Ascential Technologies, a global provider of automated diagnostic, inspection, assembly and test systems and services across a wide range of industries, has announced the appointment of Jack Pennuto as Executive Vice President, Aerospace & Industrials. In this role, Pennuto will lead the growth of Ascential Technologies' Aerospace & Industrials platform by defining and executing a unified strategy that integrates the capabilities of Ascential Technologies' brands including CIMAT, Galileo, Kleinknecht, Lismar, and Titan. Additionally, he will be responsible for advancing operational excellence across the company's global footprint.
Pennuto brings more than 15 years of experience in industrial automation, robotics, and capital equipment, with a consistent track record of driving growth, market diversification, and global operational transformation.

"His ability to build high-performing teams and lead change will be instrumental as we expand our offerings in advanced testing, diagnostics, and remote monitoring technologies."
Most recently, Pennuto served as president of U.S. Operations at KUKA Robotics, where he helped increase revenue while expanding market share in automotive, medical, and general industrial sectors. Additionally, he incorporated a culture of continuous improvement in which he oversaw a team of 200 employees and helped enhance accountability through metrics and performance-driven processes.
Prior to KUKA Robotics, Pennuto served as director of sales and applications for Trumpf's laser technology business in North America, where he focused on diversifying business functions from traditional automotive to e-mobility, medical, aerospace, and beyond to optimize sales and revenue. He spent the early part of his career at Mestek, most recently serving as senior vice president of operations for the company's Machinery Group.
Pennuto holds both a bachelor's and master's degree in mechanical engineering from Missouri University of Science & Technology, as well as a Master of Science in management from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
