Easy-to-Use Network Interface for Press Automation Controller

Wintriss Controls Group has introduced the SmartView PRO Network Interface for its SmartPAC PRO Press Automation Controller.

The SmartView PRO Network Interface allows any PC or mobile device on a network to access and download information from networked SmartPAC PRO controls. The new interface displays the current job status, press tonnage, percent of job complete and estimated time until job completion. Users can also view SmartPAC PRO error and event logs and send an on-screen text message to the press operator, saving time, enhancing productivity and reducing potential production problems. In addition, users can download an installed option list, tool list and individual tool programs.

"We are pleased to provide our customers with an easy-to-use interface that allows information to be viewed in real time, from anywhere." said Jim Finnerty, Product Manager, Wintriss Controls Group. "SmartView PRO maximizes productivity in networked set-ups."
