Avemax Industrial Co., Ltd. offers the KL toolroom milling center series comprising conventional milling machines and CNC machining centers.
Model KL-150 features linear guideway design on 3 axes for smooth, fast movement, boosting productivity. Major castings are made of stress-relieved, high grade cast iron to provide a rigid machine structure. One:two ratio timing belt pullets on X/Y axes increase drive torque.
KL-150 specifications:
- XYZ travels: 29.9" x 10.2" x 9.8"
- Table size: 9" x 49"
- Spindle speed: 10,000 RPM.
Model KL-250 is easy to learn and operate, making it suitable for entry-level operators. The Delta NC50E-FE controller supports conversational as well as NC programming. Three-axis electrical handwheels provide easy operation. Available options include a 10-tool ATC and a Z-axis rotary wheel for drilling and tapping operations.

- Table size: 10" x 54"
- Spindle speed: 8,000 RPM.
Delta NC50E-FE control system features:
- Main machine interface: With 14 built-in graphical icons, the Delta NC50E-FE allows for quick and easy start-up, even for entry-level CNC machine users.
- Program storage: The built-in memory capacity of 1 GB allows for program storage, and it is equipped with USB, micro SD card, and ethernet options for program transfer and backup.
- DRO mode: Embedded digital read-out (DRO) eliminates the need for optical scales.
- CAD/CAM compatible: Easily import 3D CAD/CAM files through USB/micro SD interface, enabling seamless and simultaneous program transmission and processing.
- Macro: Macro processing program allows the direct input of coordinate parameters, simplifying the machining process.
- Tool wear compensation: Tool wear compensation functions for planar, external, and slot machining help ensure that the actual machining profile aligns with the programmed path, enhancing precision and convenience.
- Help pages and task scheduling: Users can click on functions on this screen to display explanation boxes and create schedules for up to 20 different tasks.
- Mobile device remote monitoring: The control supports third-party VNC and FTP software.
